Connecting Social Accounts

Learn how to link your favorite platforms to get started.

To get the most out of our platform, you'll need to connect your social media profiles. We support Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Mastodon, Bluesky, and more.

How do I connect an account?

You can manage all your connections directly from the top navigation bar:

  1. Locate the Connected Socials dropdown button in the top header (it shows your connected count).
  2. Click it to reveal the list of available social platforms.
  3. Find the platform you wish to connect (e.g., Facebook).
  4. Click the Connect button (plug icon ).
  5. Follow the authorization prompt to grant necessary permissions.

Connecting Instagram Business

Note: Instagram Direct Publishing requires an Instagram Business account linked to a Facebook Page.

  1. Ensure your Instagram account is switched to Business or Creator mode.
  2. Link it to a Facebook Page via the Instagram mobile app settings.
  3. In our platform, open the Connected Socials dropdown.
  4. Find Instagram and click the connect icon.
  5. Log in via Facebook to authorize the connection.

Disconnecting an Account

To remove an account, simply open the Connected Socials dropdown and click the Disconnect button next to the account you wish to remove.
